4. Stay in Your Lane, Own Your Genius

Support and collaborate, but don’t coach or critique unless someone asks for it. We respect each other’s zones of genius and never force advice.

Don’t pitch your services, links, or offers unless it’s specifically allowed (or asked for). We’re here to build trust, not just transactions.
